Osho Meditation and Brunch
September 27, 2009, 10am-12:30

The Tantric teacher Osho developed a series of Active Meditations to work well with humans in modern society. Active, or moving meditations, involve vigorous breathing, through which the mind/consciousness expands and the body becomes more alive, vibrating with energy and allowing the release of accumulated stress. Some of the meditations we've done in this series include Osho's Kundalini meditation, his Chakra Breathing Meditation, Steve & Lokita Carter's Chakra Wisdom meditation, and the Quantum Light Breath. No prior experience needed; instruction will be provided. Each person attending is encouraged to participate at the level of their personal comfort. Following the meditation, we will share food and conversation.

Please arrive by 9:45 and be prepared to start the meditation no later than 10:00 a.m. Dress comfortably and bring and food to share. Potluck concludes at 12:30. Free event; love offerings accepted. RSVP requested by Saturday evening - call 612-396-0226. Held at a house in south Minneapolis; location and directions given upon RSVP.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating knowledge of the G-spot - the "hidden gateway" to deeper love and intimacy. Understand the mystery of its orgasm and the G-spot's ultra-feminine expression: the joy of female ejaculation.

The G-spot orgasm and the elixir of female ejaculate offer a deep physical release and emotional bliss. In the Friday night co-ed lecture, female ejaculation's ancient history, as well as its modern scientific studies, are woven together with pictures and short video clips. Deborah Sundahl's extensive experience with this subject will not only fascinate you, but answer any questions you may have about the G-spot or female ejaculation.

The G-spot's unique ability to express love serves as a signpost toward more loving connection with Self and partner. Please join Deborah in celebrating her gifts.

Let your Feminine Fountain Flow Workshop
Sunday, October 4, 2009, noon

Immerse yourself in the fascinating knowledge of the G-spot?the "hidden gateway" to deeper love and intimacy. Understand the mystery of its orgasm and the G-spot's ultra-feminine expression: the joy of female ejaculation.

In the four-hour women-only workshop, women will get to experience how to find, see and feel the G-spot. This is a deeply moving and precious experience that will serve each woman for the rest of her life. From this base of experiential knowledge, a luscious and flowing feminine fountain becomes easily accessible.

In both lecture and workshop, we will discuss one of the largest obstacles to female ejaculation: letting go. Too many women have shut down their sexuality, and too many marriages have failed, because the urge to ejaculate feels like the urge to pee ? the last thing any woman wants to do during sex. Just as often, this urge to ejaculate expresses itself as an "uncomfortable" feeling during sex, greatly diminishing a woman?s erotic pleasure. Whether conscious of female ejaculate's urge or not, the result is the same: a boxed-in, dwindling sexuality that begs to be uplifted and released.

Lastly, discover why the physical, emotional and spiritual heart of women's sexuality and women's erotic being resides in her G-spot. Understand why integrating the G-spot and female ejaculation into your love life will activate the intimacy that women crave, while offering deeper pleasure.

Ecstatic Dance
Held every 2nd Saturday

Ecstatic Dance, also called trance dance, is a form of active meditation that uses the idea of dance as a symbolic language of the psyche which can initiate healing, activate visionary experiences, and create latered states through rhythm and movement.

Come to One Yoga, be inspired by the music provided and join others for an evening of ecstatic dancing that is free of judgment and instruction. We transform the studio into sumptuous temple space and create a safe circle that facilitates deep connections with self and others and expression of feelings through movement and sound.

Each event begins with 15 minutes of warm-up, followed by a brief opening circle in which participants are invited to state their intentions for the evening, and then over an hour of silent free-form dancing. Dancers can share their experiences in a closing circle during the last 20 minutes.

7:00-10:00pm. One Yoga, A Non-Profit Studio, 2100B Lyndale Ave S. Admission is $10. You may want to bring water and a towel - sweating encouraged! Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Puja, a Ceremony of Connection
With Amrita Grace
Friday, June 5, 2009, 7:30-9:30pm

"Puja", in eastern cultures, is the act of showing reverence to a god/goddess or another aspect of the divine through ritual. In western culture, puja involves expressing reverence for Spirit by connecting with other human beings who are seen as embodying the cosmic energy of Spirit. Puja takes place in sacred space with a background of meditative world music. Through a facilitated process involving a series of largely nonverbal interactions, you are invited to see the divine in the person before you and to feel that your own deeper self is truly seen. Each connection opens and closes with a "Namaste", which is the essence of the entire event ~ the divine in me honors the divine in you.

AmritaPriestess_200.jpg This Puja will be co-facilitated by
Apollo and by special guest teacher Amrita Grace, visiting from Maui. Amrita is a High Priestess and a Certified Spiritual Sexual Educator with the Divine Feminine - Awakened Masculine Institute in Maui, Hawaii.

The Puja is open to singles or couples, and to any gender or orientation. All boundaries will be gracefully honored. Dress comfortably, and colorfully if you like. Cost is $25 per person or $40 per couple. (You do not have to be a committed couple to obtain the discount; just register together for the reduced rates.) Participants are requested to refrain from using scented body products or drinking alcohol prior to the event. Contact Apollo with questions or to RSVP, by calling 612-720-5722 or writing contact us. The Puja will be held at The Center for Harmonious Living, at 12201 Minnetonka Blvd, Minnetonka.

Soul Breathing introductory workshop
with Robert Winn, founder of Spirit in Motion
Tuesday, March 24, 2009, 6:30-9:30pm

The way we breathe is the way we live. We are vibrational beings, energetic instruments of great subtlety and power, alive in a sea of light, sound and silence. The way we vibrate affects us on every level of our being.

When we breathe fully and consciously we raise our bio-electric vibration. We increase the flow of prana, the primordial life force, throughout our cells and our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. We also let go of our resistance to this life force as we take in a full, open breath.

Our thoughts, our emotions, our bodies, and our souls respond to the movement of prana through the flow of our breath. Prana transmutes and creates permanent resolution and integration of our suppressed energies and effectively heals major areas of dysfunction.

By changing our breath, we change our vibration: we heal ourselves. By opening the breath, blocks are released and energy flows. Prana vibrates the places in our body where the flow of energy is blocked. By releasing the blocks, we promote the changes that will not only bring us back into healthy balance, but also activate our latent DNA.

Essentially we are rewiring our body to be able to run more universal energy. When we channel more energy with clear intention, we manifest more easily and effectively. We feel more connected and can live our lives from a soul level.

Cost is $60, or $45 in advance (by paypal or check). Contact Candessa with questions or to RSVP, by calling 612-396-0226 or writing contact us. Payment must be received to guarantee a space. For more information on Robert Winn and his work, please go to

Connecting with the Inner Beloved
Led by Apollo
Tuesday, February 10, 2009

What are we looking for in love? What do we need from others, and what do we need from ourselves? How can we create a sense of completeness in ourselves, so that our relationships become a place of divine connection and play instead of grasping?

Each of us carries an inner lover, someone who knows us completely and loves us without reservation. We don't always see or feel this lover, so we project him or her out onto the people around us, with varying results. This workshop is an opportunity to understand the unique nature of your inner beloved, using voice dialogue and Shamanic Astrology, and to really feel and understand the connection within you.

Apollo is a shamanic minister with Venus Rising, a graduate of the Sedona Temple School of Temple Arts, and a member of the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School. He's especially interested in the ways we can use archetypes to tap into deeper resources within our Selves.

This is an evening class, from 7:30 to 10pm. Cost is $25. Contact Apollo for any questions or to RSVP, by calling 612-720-5722 or writing apollo@core-light.com. For the astrological component, please include the date, time, and location of your birth.

Workshops by Candessa Hadsall:

Wholistic Sexuality: A New Vision
Session I, 1:30-3:00, and Session II, 4:00-5:30 pm, on Saturday, October 11.

This workshop presents a new philosophy that re-integrates our sexuality with our selves and our world, in an empowering paradigm of pleasure, passion and possibilities. It describes how this new wholistic paradigm honors the power of our sexuality and emphasizes the importance of healthy sexual expression and sexual freedom. It also explores the need to release the shame and guilt that have been imposed on us by the current culture so that we can accept and encourage a revolution in our systems of sexual beliefs, values and attitudes. The essential concepts of Wholistic Sexuality are interspersed with fun and easy exercises to embody the concepts. People who are ready to open to the possibility that sexuality can be a powerful force of energy, growth and healing, as well as an ecstatic source of pleasure and joy, will learn ways to integrate this new paradigm into their lives.

Goddess Spot Massage and Its Role in Sacred Sexual Healing
Presented by Candessa Hadsall and Deborah Sundahl. Offered during Session III, 9:00-10:30 am, and Session IV, 11:30 am ? 1:00 pm, on Sunday, October 12.

One of the most healing practices for women is sacred spot massage, or healing the trauma of the womb by the use of hands-on techniques. These techniques assist women to move through and release the wounds and pain of past sexual trauma that are stored as memories in the tissues of the pelvic region and genitals. The G-spot, or female prostate, is the literal heart of the sacred Feminine. Once old memories are healed and released, women can begin to experience the sensations of incredible love and deep spiritual connection that come from the G-spot and are the birthright of all women. Initial steps in this unique healing process begin with understanding the G spot: it location, its anatomy and integrating this organ into our sacred erotic lives. The presenters will highlight a few basic techniques for bringing sensation and energy back to the genital area through breathing and movement and end with a guided visualization.

Holistic Approach To Human Sexuality
Thursday, April 27, 2006
Science and experience has proven that sexuality is a vastly complex and compelling aspect of being human. Every human is a sexual being and yet sexuality remains shrouded in mystery. So many things have transpired over the past 50 years and affected our perceptions of sexuality that a new paradigm is called for. This course will discuss sexuality as an integral component of human development, on the same scale as the mind, the body, the emotions and the spirit. It will explore how this new holistic paradigm brings sex back into connection with all the other aspects of our ourselves and our lives in a way that honors the power of our sexuality and emphasizes the importance of healthy sexual expression and sexual freedom.

6:00pm–9:00pm , 3 contact hours. $57, Century College in Maplewood

When Romance Isn’t Enough……. Creating Sacred Space.
An event for both women and men.
February, 2006
For millennia, some cultures have taught the cultivation of sexual love as an art, as a skillful spiritual practice. In the West, the separation of sexuality from the other aspects of self has resulted in alienation from Spirit, from partners, and from oneself. The sexual revolution brought about more freedom for sexual expression but lost the deeper meaning inherent in authentic sexual connection. This presentation will focus on how individuals and couples can open to their divine natures, bring more passion into their relationships, and reconnect with Spirit.
Fee $5 for non-members of TWMC, $3 for members.
